Your body is a manifestation of your emotional state.

Challenging life experiences (personal, collective, ancestral) are associated with emotions that want to be discharged from the body but that don't because of how we've been conditioned to fear big emotions and losing control.

These suppressed emotions get stored in your body as a source of stress.

Your emotional body can compensate for a period of time until it spills over into physical, mental and behavioral issues (depression, anxiety, addicitons, illness, overwhelm, etc.)

Access the somatic tools to support your nervous system flexibility, emotional leadership and ancestral healing legacy.

This 2-hour somatic release intensive is for you if you want to:

Access your body's innate capacity to heal;
Learn how to use your body as a VESSEL of wisdom;
Integrate old hurts that want to be resolved;
Deepen your relationship with your emotional body;
Feel more grounded and at ease;
Tap into the medicine of your CREATIVE and erotic power;
Build more capacity in your nervous system for more pleasure and play.
Emotional release is one facet of emotional fluency, but one that is most often overlooked or bypassed in most healing spaces because it runs up against our conditioning and socialization around what's socailly acceptable and "good" (read: not shameful).
What I know to be true is that the people who care the most are often the ones holding the biggest emotional charge.
Sensitivity is a gift that comes with responsibility.
We are devoted stewards of our own energy when we take responsibility for releasing what's not ours to hold so that we can lead with integrity and wholeness.
There are many ways to do release work, and I want to share my favorites with you!
